Weddings

Celebrate your special day with a Tiki themed cocktail bar!

On your event day, we will bring the Tikiki Bar to your desired location. The bar’s clever design means that it is transported in sections, so we can easily carry the bar through a building if access is difficult. Once all the pieces are on-site, we will put the sections together and prepare the bar for your guest’s arrival.

Preparing for our arrival

We will require access 2 hours in advance of your event to set-up the bar and prepare for your guest’s arrival.

Access to an electricity point will be required, we will come prepared with extension cables, so please let us know in advance the distance from the nearest electricity point to the bar’s location.

Drink Service

Your mixologists will make cocktails to order using fresh, high quality ingredients. They will also be able to serve your own wine, beers and soft drinks

Your quotation will include the cost of hiring the bar and its set-up, two bartenders to make and serve fresh cocktails for your guests for the length of time you request and any add ons you may wish to book.

When you hire the Tikiki bar, you will also be required to pre-order and pay for a number of drinks tokens (minimum numbers apply), we will provide you with these tokens, which your guests can exchange at the bar for a drink.

Drinks Tokens can be exchanged for one cocktail or two mocktails.

Unused tokens cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Tokens may be available to be purchased on the night if your allocation runs out.

If you wish for your guests to purchase drinks directly from the bar, this is possible, however a Temporary Events Notice will need to be applied for from the local council so we will need to know in advance to arrange this.

Tikiki is a fully equipped and licensed business, with relevant training, licensing and suitable procedures in place.
